‘A Laundry has stood on this junction with Haydons Road since Edwardian times and only closed in recent years. We worked closely with the planners to design a modern building on this prominent corner and our architects, Hub, made a model which was exhibited before the local design review panel. The panel’s enthusiasm was clear and after a few suggested amendments planning is hoped to be obtained shortly for 14 residential units and 6 B1 offices.’
