‘A unique site on the brow of the hill in the best part of Worcester Park the westerly views of the horizon are superb. Situated between Auriol Park and the neighbouring scout hut and playing fields were 3 bungalows with very large gardens. We designed a modern mews of town houses which whilst the local planning officers were not opposed to they felt getting the design past the committee would be very difficult, which proved the case. Planning was granted upon appeal. '
